About Me

Hello!

I’m Veronica Fong (legally Chung), and I am a Multifaceted Creative.

On any given day, I might be playing with watercolors, building a stained glass flower, writing in the park, shopping in the flower market, working on a documentary with my friends, shooting special occasions on my grandpa’s old camera, or knitting a hat for my niece or nephew during a football game.

The possibilities are limitless.

I live a life where I wake up and do whatever I want to do because I want to do it.

I grew tired of doing the things society and others have expected me to do. Tired of being an overachieving, people-pleasing perfectionist trying to prove my worth in this world. Also, to mention, I have/had multiple health issues (Bipolar 1, chronic fatigue, complex PTSD, and several other illnesses) that I was highly encouraged to change my lifestyle.

I want to create because it matters, even if it is only for one person. A gift from my soul to another’s.

This lifestyle that I’ve created was earned with a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck. I acquired my degree in communications and business from Saint Mary’s College, and I will forever be working on obtaining my master’s in Self and Life.

Currently, I have over 65 creative outlets, but there are no limitations to my thirst for knowledge and learning capabilities. In a span of 10 years, I held over 10 different career titles.

No box can contain me. I create because I must.

Other fun facts:

  • I co-founded an award-winning video production company with my husband.

  • One of the hardest things I ever did was live on Awaji, a rural island in the middle of Japan, teaching English for two years.

  • The next skill to learn is pottery; the next skill I hope to dust off is acting.

For more about me, let’s get to know each other. If you want to collaborate on a project, hit me up.

I hope that for whatever reason you’re reading this, you’re inspired to pick up a new creative outlet or dust off an old one. Do it for free or for money, but most importantly, do it because your Soul wants and needs to.

Let’s create,

Veronica
