Some are hobbies—old and new, past or present—and some are creative outlets that I can’t live without.

My original intention as a people-pleasing perfectionist was to collect as many hobbies as possible so that I could connect with anyone. It’s become a way to express myself while connecting me to others. Each fuels my soul in different ways.

My requirements for making it onto this list:

  • I invested a ton of time, energy, or resources.

  • I have an advanced level of skill.

  • I have done it more than once or would like more chances.

  • I have taken lessons or classes for it.

  • I would be doing it now if given the chance and healthy.
